  • Welcome to your private tropical waterfront retreat in beautiful Port Largo, Key Largo!

    This spacious 6-bedroom, 4-bath waterfront home offers approximately 5,400 sq. ft. of living space, 75 feet of private dockage, and a large freshwater pool equipped with a heater/chiller system for year-round comfort.

    Located on a wide and deep Port Largo canal with excellent maneuvering room for larger boats, the property is especially well suited for boating and fishing enthusiasts. With quick ocean access less than a mile away, you can easily enjoy fishing, diving, snorkeling, cruising and everything the Florida Keys have to offer.

    Surrounded by coconut palms and lush tropical landscaping, the home offers wonderful indoor and outdoor spaces for relaxing with family and friends. Enjoy your morning coffee overlooking the canal, spend the afternoon by the pool, barbecue outdoors, or unwind with a glass of wine while watching the local wildlife. Manatees, pelicans, egrets and other Keys wildlife are often seen around the canal.

    Inside, the home provides generous living and gathering spaces, along with two kitchen areas and two laundry areas, making it especially comfortable for larger families and extended stays. The main gourmet kitchen features a large center island with seating for eight, perfect for cooking, dining and spending time together.

    Outside, enjoy the heated or chilled freshwater pool, screened lanai, kitchen/bar area, barbecue space, tropical landscaping and private 75-foot dock. Whether you’re spending the day on the water or simply relaxing at home, the property offers plenty of space to enjoy the Key Largo lifestyle.

    The home is conveniently located near John Pennekamp Coral Reef State Park, as well as diving and fishing charters, glass-bottom boat tours, dolphin experiences, restaurants and many of Key Largo’s favorite attractions.

    Whether you’re here to boat, fish, dive, snorkel, relax by the pool or spend quality time with family and friends, this tropical waterfront retreat is a wonderful place to experience the best of Key Largo.

Fabulous stay

We had a wonderful stay. This house has so much space and is very well equipped. It is in a great neighborhood for walking to restaurants but also for getting out on the water quickly. Rosalina was super responsive and made us feel very comfortable. We are hoping to return!

Room for everyone

This was our second stay at Rosalina's vacation rental. It's perfect for a large family like ours. Rosalina is very good at responding to any question that came up. The house is very well equipped and maintained. The location is great with a park and restaurants within walking distance. We'll definitely be back.

Back for another great visit

My family and I stayed at Rosalina's property for a second time over the Christmas holidays. The house and grounds are so comfortable and set up for taking in the sunshine and the salt water. Rosalina is extremely responsive and also so friendly-- she made us feel so welcome. We brought our boat this year and spent most evenings out for a sunset cruise. We already reserved our spot for a third year and are looking forward to it!

Annual return to the keys

We very much enjoyed our stay in this large, comfortable canal front home with easy access to the ocean in Key Largo. The nicely appointed kitchens made cooking for our large family group easy and enjoyable. When we weren’t boating, we enjoyed the large pool and appreciated the shade of the many umbrellas in the outdoor area. We had many delicious meals at the large outdoor dining table. There is a great park, and good restaurants within walking distance. The owner was friendly, and quick to respond to our every need. Thank you for a great vacation experience!

Absolutely loved this home

I will start with the really sad/bad thing about this property… it is that unfortunately, eventually you have to leave. That’s it. That is the only downside. My husband and I stayed for over two months, with family and friends coming and going at various times. Rosalina met us when we first arrived and showed us all the amenities of the house and made sure we knew how to work everything. I love how the two levels of the house that we were using had completely different styles. The downstairs living room has a tropical Old Keys ambiance, while the upstairs is very Art Deco. It is a beautiful home, spacious, very clean, very comfortable. Later in our stay we had 2 minor problems, one with the pool heater and one with the driveway gate, but Rosalina responded within an hour of our reaching out to her and had both issues fixed within a day. She really cares about her guests enjoying their stay. The neighborhood is lovely, safe and within easy walking of several restaurants, one of which in my opinion has the best calamari in Key Largo. There is also a really nice park one block away with a dog walking path around it. The homes are close together, but the neighbors are friendly and you honestly cannot see the homes to either side of you, the landscaping is that good. You can see the neighbors across the canal but it never felt intrusive at all, you kind of forget they’re there. For boaters, this is a great spot. We brought our boat with us and spent many days either fishing or snorkeling in the morning and relaxing by the pool in the afternoon. We would boat out again in the evening to watch the sunset, or if the seas were too rough we would watch from the upstairs balcony. If you get the chance to stay in this home, I know you will treasure your time here.

Winter break

Just spent the month of February in Rosalina’s beautiful Home in Key Largo. The home has plenty of room for everybody and is fully stocked with everything you need. The pool is sparkling clean and very refreshing, beach towels provided . Location location location excellent. We had different friends come they all enjoyed your place. We got a lot of use out of the outdoor kitchen. We had some wonderful dinner there. Thank you again for opening your home to us.

Perfect place

Great location. Most gracious owner who will do anything to please her guests. Big house with lots of room. Beautiful pool and great place to boat from. Our family had the most memorable month during COVID times. We would definitely go back. The house has everything you need. Very clean and the beds were comfortable The only thing is it could use some updating in some areas. We loved staying here!

Amazing family time

Rosalina’s home was perfect!! Plenty of room for family to come and go...poolside was amazing as well as the outdoor kitchen space!! House stocked with anything you may need...sanitized as well!!! Would love to return!!!!

A Key Largo Gem!

We have been vacationing in KL for the past 35 years. We normally stay the Month of July. We bring our boat down (42 ft Invincible) and enjoy the month fishing and boating with friends. We are veterans in terms of seeking out high end accommodations. In this particular case we were unable to inspect the property before renting for a variety of reasons due to schedule conflicts of both party’s. So although we had good visuals from the Website, we’ve learned that a walk through prior to renting tells the rest of the story. First this was the cleanest Rental we have had the pleasure of utilizing. Second, the provisioning of the home was remarkable up to and including several boxes of face masks! The home has two kitchens one upstairs and one down. Both were beautifully equipped. (Over the years we’ve learned to pack our own kitchen essentials, coffee pot, quality pots and pans etc.... NOT necessary here! There are 7 bedrooms with good quality beds.... not worn out hand me downs. Bathrooms with some dated fixtures but all in good working order. (NOT our experience in the past) Three refrigerators, two with ice makers, a beautiful bar down stairs, top quality dish washers up and downstairs, new gas cook top down stairs, recycle and garbage receptacles everywhere... and a great summer kitchen with a Fresco Range similar to our one at home. We spent a lot of time around the pool with the family... great seating, and a well maintain pool. Even a huge bin of beach towels (we always bring our own). Dock has good night lighting, power, and water making boat maintenance a breeze. House has 2.4 and 5G WiFi. Our Daughter set up her office (working from home) down stairs for a week. She had some connection issues (She is Manager of Real Estate for a Large Hospital Network in Central Florida) Rosalina (Property Owner) drove down from Miami on a busy Friday afternoon to work with the Cable provider to be sure it was working properly... followed up the next day to be sure all was well. And this was the best part of our experience... Rosalina was excellent... extremely responsive both before we rented the property and while we were there. Can’t say enough about how we were treated by she and her family. Our only drawback regarding this property was the fact that it was not ocean front... as we love sun rises and sun sets. Because of our dock requirements this property was our best choice and it turned out to be our best ever for all the reasons above.

This house is the total package for a Key Largo vacation. Great location, well equipped house, nice canal. Rosalina was wonderful to work with!

Excellent for big families!

We had a wonderful stay in Rosalina's home. Plenty of room for our friends and family. Rosalina was an excellent hostess and very attentive to our needs My husband and brother loved fishing in the canal while the rest of us lounged around the pool. We would love to stay there again!

This is an absolutely incredible place to stay. This property was BEAUTIFUL.!!!

We simply couldn't have been more pleased with this house. it is everything and more than described. the owner is a trustworthy person that helped make our stay enjoyable. she was very responsive and addressed any questions or issues in a very timely matter. plenty of cooking utensils, pots and pans, baking sheets. Also had spices, coffee filter, ground coffee, and coffee pods. Had a lot of beach towels an extra sheets pillows and blankets. Laundry soap and dishwasher pods available as well. There are board games and cards. it exceeded all our expectations in terms of cleanliness, ambiance, functionality, location and amenities.. it was more than comfortable. beautiful house. Very clean an specious. WE has 11 people and with the two levels and 2 living areas, 2 kitchen, two dinner table, we never felt on top of each other. The elevator for my mom was more than convenient. The furniture and beds were very comfortable, new and clean. the view off the back was good. Having a dock with boat access was awesome. we had two jet-sky and park right off the dock a the back of the house which couldn't be more convenient. THANKS YOU FOR A GREAT STAY AND WE DEFINITELY BE COMING BACK AND STAYING HERE.

Amazing Vacation Home

We felt at home from the moment we arrived. Enjoyed being greeted by the owners Rosalina and Roberto and visiting about their home. We have vacationed in the Keys every August for many years bringing our entire family,this year we were lucky to have 4 generations and everyone was comfortable, and there was more than enough space, for 12 adults and the kids, very comfortable beds! The house, and pool/barbecue area were amazing and met every expectation, we will return here again. The boat dock was perfect for our 35' boat, with easy access to the open waters, we went fishing, lobstering, or diving every day. Too many amenities to list, don't pass this house up if you are planning to vacation in the Keys. Thank you again Rosalina and Roberta for everything.

Perfect stay in the Keys

Spent two great weeks over spring break 2016 in this great property in Key Largo. Home is perfect for our 13 family members, close to a zillion restaurants, and room for everybody. Couldn't be happier with our experience. Owner is more than helpful with any issues. Kitchens both upstairs and down, bedrooms everywhere. Highly recommended.

Wonderful family vacation in the Keys

Our whole family was able to meet in Key Largo for a spring break at this terrific house. Rosalina was very welcoming , the house and pool were immaculate, the elevator very handy, and fresh cut flowers were a nice touch. There is plenty of space for everyone to read, sit and relax, or swim. The house is located within a couple of miles of restaurants, groceries , bait stores, and gift shops. We took the children to the Miami Zoo and an alligator farm, so we'll located. We loved cooking and eating every meal outside , from the pool side kitchen, on the patio by the heated pool. There was always some shade provided by umbrellas and palm trees . We were never aware of any neighbors. The guys loved the boat being docked only feet from the back door, and it was very easy to get out fishing in the ocean. Just a great place to enjoy being with your family and relaxing! Stunning Outside Space, Warm Hospitality and Every Home Comfort in the Keys

We had a wonderful stay in Key Largo at Rosalina's huge and comfortable property. Outside Space: Truly outstanding. The pool was wonderful and nicely heated, making it perfect for our young children. The provision of loads of pool towels, pool floats and a range of outdoor seating/lounging options made spending time around the pool a true pleasure. The garden always offered options of shade or sunshine and the well equipped outdoor kitchen (with ice machine) meant we could enjoy outdoor living to the max. Parking for 2 cars on front driveway and further 1-2 in space in front of house. Bikes were also available in garage though we did not use these. The dock included a stable pontoon perfect for launching the kayak provided (lots of lifejackets in kids and adults sizes) and we also hired Stand Up Paddleboards for a day, which was great. Interior: A very large space, which was perfect for us as we were travelling with extended family. Large TVs upstairs and down (with cable and netflix) and in bedrooms. Fixtures and fittings of a good standard - some very luxurious. Bathrooms a little dates in terms of coloured suites, but essentially good quality. Lots of personal touches make the space homely and you could tell this was a well-loved family home before being marketed as a vacation rental.Useful having washer driers etc. A spirit of generosity with toiletries, towels etc provided. Initially we found it a bit confusing living with 2 kitchens and living spaces but soon settled into a rhythm of breakfasting upstairs and dining downstairs. Travel cot (pack and play) provided and Rosalina went out and bought a hire chair for us in advance too. Nothing seemed too much trouble. Rosalina was warm and hospitable and met us at the property. As we were arriving rather late, she kindly went out and purchased bread and milk for us. As we had v tired kids, we did not take in all of the property details on our show around, but Rosalina was readily available to contact by email/text/phone with any questions. Rosalina's brother lives in an annex to the property, he came and helped out with pool heating etc when we needed advice. We were able to check out late on our last day -really appreciated. GREAT location, just 2 mins off the Overseas Highway - Skippers Tiki Bar (recommended), boat trips, grocery store (family dollar) playground and water park all short walking distance. Publix supermarket 5 mins drive away. Miami 1-1.5 hours, Key West 2-2.5 hrs.

Lovely home in Key Largo

We arrived at our home away from home on Dec. 26, 2015 for a week stay with children and 5 grandchildren. The house was immaculate along with the outside entertaining area. The owners brother explained how everything worked and answered all of our question. He was also very helpful when we had to call him. The home was very well supplied with up to date amenities, top of the line linens and plenty of beach towels. Refrigerators, washer & dryers was on both levels of the home which was very handy for all of us. The patio, pool and recreation room was the hot spot for everyone. My husband and I got great use of the elevator since going up and down steps is a challenge for us. The owner of the home was very helpful from the planning stages to the last day of our vacation. If we would ever get this chance again we would stay at this home. I would recommend this home for your Keys vacation site.

truly a paradise

The house and grounds are beautiful. Upon arriving everything was in perfect order. We were met by the owner's brother who gave us a tour, explained how every thing operated and asneered all of our questions. Comfortable, private, and perfect for family time the fire pit the pool the outdoor dining and game room are our favorite spots for relaxing. The spaciousness of the home gave us privacy when we wanted it. Weather no matter where you go is unpredictable and we had small craft warnings everyday so boating was out. However, with such a lovely home we enjoyed a wonderful week despite the wind. Our hostess was very accessible and easy to work with. We highly recommend her home

Nice Property in Key Largo

We stayed in this lovely home from mid June to July and truly enjoyed the home. There were ample supplies and cooking accessories in the home. This was one of our concerns at first, but we found the home had everything included!!!! The home has excellent AC in all rooms which was key!! The pool is lovely and the outdoor living area was great. There was lots of patio seating and room to entertain, we frequently used the outdoor cooking area to enjoy the catch of the day. The owners were very nice and accessible. There is an onsite person to speak with, and rents a separate apartment attached to the house. I wish we had known this up front, but enjoyed the help making sure the trash was out, cleaning the deck, etc. My main concern is that there is no true master bedroom in the house, as the owners have this area locked off for themselves. If you have a boat and plan to use it at the house, make sure the dock area will accommodate the size and type of boat. We had a 19' boat and that was fine, but if you have a larger boat (over 25'), make sure you ask the owners about the dock before you book as there were minimal ties or cleats. There is a lift, but your boat needs to be configured for it.
