Bayside Condo with Boat

One bedroom unit with queen sleeper in living room. Unit has washer, dryer, barbecue, wifi, cable tv.. The condo is located near shops and restaurants and there is a dive shop and bait shop located on the premises. The large screened patio overlooks the dock and the Mako Center Console that is included in the rental. The pool at the Jacobs Aquatic Center is located 2 miles from unit. Pennekamp Park is located 2 blocks from the condo. The unit is convenient to the bay or ocean thru Adams Cut.

Key Largo for the win!

A small slice of heaven!! One of the more beautiful spots that my two kids and I have stayed at over the years. Jay was great on all aspects. Great guy to deal with and it was nice chatting with him the few times I did. Hopefully back sooner than later!

Place was clean and the boat worked.

I did experience an issue and the property manager took care of it. The boat worked fine. We ran it up North to ALABAMA JACK'S, Key Largo and down to south to Tavernier and stopped an many great restaurants on the water. I look forward to my next stay,

Nice value.

The rental had plumbing issues upon arrival and we were moved to a nice unit. The boat was great and made our week more enjoyable. Jay was fabulous and helped with all of our needs. Would go back and stay again.

Boat was great, condo could use a bit better attention

Jay is wonderful. Very personable and helpful. The boat was such a treat and the location cannot be beat! Short boat ride to fantastic snorkeling and fun restaurants. A couple of gauges on the boat didn't work, but not a big deal for experienced boaters. The condo was fine, but the cleaning level left a bit to be desired. We walked in to dirty clothes left by a past guest, as well as a dishwasher full of dirty dishes. Other than that, though, the condo itself was just fine. Plenty of room, comfortable beds, A/C and nice screened patio with a pretty view.

Great quick vacation location

Good location, clean condo, boat is a nice bonus. Not a brand new unit, price reflects this but good clean unit. Jay was helpful with local info!

Boat needs serious work and condo needs deep cleaning and plumber

We arrived to find our condo did not have a working air conditioner which we were told after we had unloaded our stuff into the condo. So they put us in the 2 bedroom unit in the next building which was fine, but in need of a deep cleaning. The floors were filthy, the bathroom sink and tub do not drain properly. The tile in the bathroom needs a good cleaning and several tubes of caulk. The boat we were provided did not match the one in the picture. It needed a new battery so you had to charge it every night and we feared turning the boat off while out on the water for fear it would not restart. We were told to not use the trim because they were missing the o-ring and it would flood the hull. So you were not able to plane the boat while on the water which made it quite dangerous. The top cruising speed of this boat is a whopping 7 knots. So after 2 days we parked the boat and said forget it. Save your money and rent a good boat from one of the many companies in the area. Very disappointed with this rental as we had looked forward to being able to go out on the water to explore and fish. My partner and I spent 2 days fighting over the crappy boat. It just wasn't worth it.

Perfect spot. Definitely returning

This condo met our families needs. Jay was great. Really knowledgeable about the area and pointed out great spots to throw the anchor. Its all about enjoying what the Keys offer and what is the best way to do that — getting out on the water. The boat was the highlight. Spent every day on it except for our excursion down to Key West. There are so many places you’ll want to stop along the way so leave enough time for that. Great shopping at Sea Dragon. I have a new vacation spot. Definitely returning.

Nice big condo + boat = fun in the sun!

My boyfriend and I stayed for 4 nights over the New Years holiday. The condo is very spacious, VERY clean and comfortable. The boat is a little worn (we didn't care we were glad to have one) but works to get you out on the water. We had so much fun exploring the mangroves and boating out to Nest Key to meet new friends. Jay does a great job managing the property, check in was easy (thanks Ian) and he was available to answer any questions we had. We would definitely come here again or to his other properties when coming to Key Largo.
