Your Key Colony Beach getaway awaits at this 3-bedroom half-duplex. Conveniently located on 9th Street you will enjoy the wide canal, 37.5 ft of deep-water dockage, Cabana Club membership and plenty of parking.
Inside, you'll find the unit to be very well kept and accommodating. A king bed, queen bed, twin bed, and full bed are offered in the home for a comfortable night's sleep. With WiFi, washer/dryer, and AC provided, your stay will be stress-free. Master bedroom has a 46' flat screen and the two other bedrooms each have a 32' flat screen.
Great 9th Street location! Step down concrete seawall with fish cleaning table, water and electric at the STEP-DOWN dock 37.5' dock. Bait freezer, Gas grill, and WIFI!
