"After 16 years coming to this area we were overwhelmed with this beautiful location. Very spacious and well stocked kitchen. Wonderful sunrise views and lovely pool and outdoor seating. Our host was very attentive and replied within 10 minutes. Also very dog friendly and peaceful neighborhood."

"This was a beautiful property! We were all very pleased with the layout and all the room we had. It is located in Key Colony Beach and it was the perfect little town to tour as well. We were able to go to the local farmer's market and played golf at the Par 3 course there. "

"The host was attentive and helpful. The condo was spacious, clean, and well equipped, with nice kitchen appliances and dishes. There was a pleasant water view from the bedroom balcony. Cable TV was available. The grounds and beach area were well kept, with plenty of lounge chairs, and the heated pool was also well maintained with ample seating. The location is excellent—near Sunset Beach, in a great walking area around Key Colony, close to a good biking trail off Highway 1, and easy to get to restaurants and shops in Marathon. Would stay here again!"

"We visited with our 4 children and just have to say that this was the best VRBO we have ever stayed at! Katie was great to work with and answered quickly when we had questions. The house itself was extremely well stocked, clean and the beds were comfy! The pool was amazing and the kids swam from sun up to sun down. The canal water was clear and we enjoyed fishing (there is a freezer for frozen bait and a fish cleaning station) We even had a shark visit and were blessed to have a manatee come to the dock. The covered deck was great for the rainy days. We rented a boat and kept it at the dock too— There was easy access to open waters just outside the canal. The community is quiet and felt super safe. The beach a couple minutes away was beautiful. The house is close to lots of restaurants and activities too! "
