"Not enough seating for the pool. They didn’t clean our rooms until 4:30pm after we complained about them not coming at all. A lot of people didn’t have wrist bands on that were mandatory to be at the resort. No one enforced the red band rule. We felt like a lot of people weren’t supposed to be on the private beach and pool area. "

"Well, i tried to contact the hotel and have left messages and have not heard back. I stayed there on March 30 and ended up with bite marks on my legs and i wanted to know what kind of bugs might have been seen in the room 460 but i have not heard back from anyone. "

"We went for Easter weekend and had a blast with fun activities for lil ages, I was with 2 teens. The hotel is lovely, the location is perfect, you can walk to shop, eat and or bike to fun places."

"A/C was marginal and loud. Entry and bathroom doors stuck, not fitting the doorframes.. Was supposed to have free airport pickup , but not available. Lots of better choices in the immediate area"
