"It was our second time in the super nice small condo literally steps from the slopes. Nicely updated, everything was exactly like on the photos. Extremely clean and well stocked for cooking. Limited options to eat out close by so the kitchen was a great advantage. Pool and sauna right next door was especially appreciated. Thanks a lot, we will be back! "

"I really liked the cabin's location in the woods and how it was set up. It was actually pretty roomy for being just over 1000 sq ft. The view was awesome, and it was super close to a river where you could fish or just chill and listen to the water. It was such a peaceful spot. The only downside was the shower knob. Getting the hot water to work was a bit of a gamble. If you turned it too far left, it'd go from hot to cold like it was broken, but we figured it out and managed to get warm to hot...

"The property was cute and fun. We had some difficulty getting inside with the directions and the way they were written. Also, the drains smelled when water was ran through the sinks or shower. Other than that it was a great place and a great location."

"Great location if you are wanting to travel around Northern Michigan. Cute town with a convenient grocery store, Mammoth Distillery Lounge and great little pizza place. Check in was easy, but no personal communication from owners. Only automated messages. Unit could have been cleaner. There was sand on the floor and some laundry in the dryer which was strange. Unit did not have as many beds as advertised so I’m glad we didn’t need more. AC unit was incredibly loud and not very efficient. Had to...

"Nice location, clean condo. Nice amenities. Lots to do and explore within walking distance of unit. Easy check in and out process. Ample parking. Great tasting coffee provided. Comfortable bed, WiFi and smart Tv. Definitely recommend. Traverse City is beautiful and this location has a wonderful historic property surrounding it. Delicious restaurants in easy walking distance. Definitely a fun place to stay and explore."

"What we liked was the location. To shops in town and restaurants. Things that should be improved. The lighting in the kitchen was horrid cobwebs around the lights. The water pressure taking a shower was not good. Since this is a dog friendly location. It would be best if the carpets were ripped up and just wood floor be put down. The carpet was dirty and covered up with a rug"

"We really enjoyed this rental during the new years week in TC. It was clean, accommodating and you cannot beat the location to downtown. We’ve stayed in this condo grouping on 3 occasions and this is the best unit thus far. Would gladly return. "
