"This room was a total scam and an absolute nightmare. My group of three arrived for our reservation (Itinerary #73385854556489) only to find a property in a state of complete abandonment and structural decay.
The conditions were appalling:
Safety Hazard: The mattresses were so worn out that you sink straight to the bed frame when sitting down.
Disgusting State: Bed linens were torn, and the room felt filthy.
Structural Damage: The wooden floors were rotting and soft under the carpet, with cracked walls and baseboards detached from the floor.
It was so terrible and unsafe that we refused to stay. We preferred to lose our money and pay for another hotel elsewhere rather than spend a single night in this "dump".
To make matters worse, Expedia’s customer support has been non-existent. Their automated systems and human agents disconnect you immediately, making it impossible to resolve the issue.
