The staff was super friendly and helped us find the best spots in town. The hot tub was really nice. The pool was cold though, for being an indoor pool we were expecting warmer temperatures, other than that everything was great. We could totally go back and stayed there again

Room was clean, king suite was spacious in living room. Bedroom/bathroom were a bit tight. Basic amenities provided with upgrade in quality products offered - duraflame log for fireplace, body care products & Starbucks coffee pods. They accepted pets, which was great and had little courtyard with slider for easy access. Staff was very helpful!!

Great hotel in a great location. Everything in Ketchum is within a short walk - you can park your car in their free/included parking lot and simply walk for the duration of your stay. Hotel staff were great, the rooms are clean, bright, comfortable, and inviting, the bathrooms are clean and nice, and the pool is great too. This will be my family's go-to for future Sun Valley stays.

The hotel has a fantastic location. Walkable to everything. The shared courtyard was fantastic for our little dog and to have a drink outside. There is ice, common tables and chairs, bikes and laundry on site. The place is a bit older so people walking around upstairs was pretty loud, but otherwise we enjoyed our stay!

Would have given this property 5 stars for great location, room set up, pretty grounds, great staff. Our main complaint was our room had a strong dog odor. Had to leave the patio doors open to air out. Need to set aside rooms for non dog people.

First of all I want to say the staff we're very kind and informative.It is perfectly located, clean and safe, walking distance to pretty much anything you would want or need as far as shopping and restaurants. The only reason I gave it lower stars is because my mother is handicapped and required a wheelchair. There is NO wheelchair accessibility anywhere on the property and you can only reach the room by going up and downstairs. Fortunately we were able to help her and she fell in love with their mattresses and We agreed it was very comfortable. The second reason was because the indoor pool was freezing(So cold. You didn't want to get into it), However they the outdoor jacuzzi was wonderful. They provide large pool towels and the rooms have robes that were great to use because the weather is changing this time of year and it was chilly. These things being said it really is a great little place and we would certainly stay there again.

We stayed four nights at the Tamarack Lodge while skiing at Sun Valley. It was a great stay. The room was clean, large enough to stay comfortably in for several days with all our gear and the staff was helpful and responsive. And a big plus, we did not rent a car and the bus stop for the ski resorts (free) was very close by.
