"A Turkish person said this was a 5-star hotel, which definitely is not. I'm not a hotel snob, and thought this was a very clean hotel but there were minor things like the way things were fixed were slabbed with caulking or not straight. Also, our bathroom shower drain backed up the whole 3 days we were there. The rooms smell like cigarettes even in non-smoking rooms. The food was pretty good and overall, the rooms were clean. "Bon accueil et personnel tres agréable. Spa tres propre et professionnel, je recommande les massages. A proximité oximité d'une rue vivante avec de nombreux restaurants. Petit déjeuné copieux mais un peu tardif (8h/11h). Ventilation de la chambre bruyante, la musique provenant du Pub voisin la couvre a peine."

"Çok memnun kaldık konaklamamızdan, otel eski ama otantik duruyor ve hersey çalışır durumda. Çalışanlarda çok nazik ve kibardı. Yılbaşı eğlencesinde de hoş vakit geçirdik, menü lezzetli ve fazla doyurucuydu. Konum olarak ise pistlere yakın, kayak odasından hızlıca ulaşılabiliyor. Odamızın manzarasını eke bıraktım."
