"I like the fact that it's close to the river which had a spectacular sight. What I did not like is the fact that Expedia did not pay for my booking despite getting the payment from me. Very bad manners from an organisation. I would not recommend anyone to book for their stay via Expedia .com."

"The Izaak Walton is just an amazing hotel and a great place to stay you get a very warm welcoming from the front desk staff and all the other hotel staff members too, they all make you feel at home too, the rooms are excellent very clean and spacious great WiFi service too, and the beds are so comfortable. The hotel is set in woodland and has a relaxing setting and calming, the restaurant is brilliant, great buffet breakfast too and a good choice menu for lunch and dinner there's always a waitress or waiter on hand to assist you nothing is any trouble and I got to know them by name because they're so friendly and warm to you, great food and coffee too ,and a well stocked friendly bar to chill in I've stayed in 3 hotels now in Embu but the Izaak is just miles ahead much better and will definitely return, I just want to thank everyone there, too many to mention but you're all amazing lovely people and I'll miss you, thank you.."
