"The assortment of deer, axis, fallow, and antelope was so cool! We fed some out of our hands! The cabin was adorable and the grounds were very nicely kept! Our only complaint is that we didn’t stay longer!"

"No this wasn't a great experience, we had to find the office and locate our keys in the cabin, which was fine. Next we get to our cabin, only one bed, there were two of us both men, the picture showed a loft with a bed above another, we tried to order pizza but they were already closed. Also thought it was odd that there was no TV in the room I understand this is glamping but I still expected more than a small mini fridge and a single queen size bed, one end table and some coat hangers"

"Carmel Cottage was the perfect cozy spot for me and my daughter. It was very clean and well appointed. The decor was very cute, think hill country chic, and the surroundings by the lake and pool were nice and quiet. Check in and check out process was easy and seamless and Kelly was very welcoming. "Stayed during the off season for hunting so the place itself was not very active which is what I wanted the room was super clean and the staff was great and very responsive to anything we needed. The surrounding area is great as well. Perfect place to just get away"
