"The security is not well equipped about the Antara Genting faciltiy Education and information needed to be given to them in order to direct the customers there One of the security said there is no sauna available but infact there is one in the gym. Otherwise my stay was ok beside the microwave and the hot plate was not working in unit 4901. I should have asked for help but it was over and it was ok overall. I love the stay, it was top notch actually."

"Our stay was okay, but a few small details could be improved. The studio wasn’t on the highest floor as expected, there was no hand wash, and only half a roll of toilet paper was provided. These simple touches would make a big difference, especially for families travelling from afar. We were also asked to cancel our unrefundable booking, which caused some confusion, and check-in instructions were not sent 24 hours in advance, making arrival less smooth. "There was a freaking mouse that entered my freaking room! Twice! Had to go down to the counter myself and asked for towels to close the door gap so that it won’t enter. And hospitals are far i mind you if you got bitten. "

"One must ask the counter to give a room with toilet not smelly bathroom floor not flooded sink not leaking towel not dirty aircond remote control works otherwise it's miserable "

"The 3 bedrooms are just nice for my family, the room are clean and new, walking distance to Genting Highlands indoor and outdoor theme parks. It has nice views and a jacuzzi at balcony. We have fun staying. We stayed one night, would suggest stay at least 2 nights."
