We live nearby and will be available if needed. Otherwise we will give our guests privacy and do no show up unannounced.

We live on a [semi] main route between the Eastern and Western Catskills. During the day, and especially weekdays, there is noise from the road that can be heard from the exterior of the property. Most of the noise occurs during normal daytime working hours — but all of this is to say, this house is not tucked away in the middle of the woods with zero outside noise besides nature.

Had a great stay at this modern farmhouse. The listing was accurate and met our needs for a long weekend. The layout was super functional and had a great aesthetic. While we didn't need anything attended to during our stay, the host was very responsive both during the booking process and after our departure. The location is a little more remote but still provided convenient access to all the area recreational and dining spots we wanted to visit.
