"The ONLY complaint we have,and I’m positive the staff would have addressed it promptly had we been staying another night, is ants on the night stand. This was our third hotel in four days in the SeaTac area due to flight cancellations, and the other two left much to be desired. So happy to have experienced BW’s clean rooms, pleasant and extremely helpful staff, and their amazing breakfast! The folks that kept the breakfast bar tidy and full were so cordial and smily! Just a great experience! I’ve got no complaints and will most definitely choose Best Western again and again. "

"Property is close to airport, 5 minute shuttle ride, very nice staff. Easy to schedule shuttle rides. Breakfast was decent, good coffee and great seating in the breakfast area. The furniture in the room was pretty beat up but bed was comfortable and the hotel was quiet, which we appreciated. "

"Great central location. Clean room comfortable bed. Great teriyaki next door. My only take away is the breakfast (in all the hotels that serve breakfast) could be so much better. It’s not the staff’s fault. Clearly, this is a decision made by upper management. Bland eggs, low quality sausage or whatever meats served. Luke warm, bland potatoes. Coffee, “meh”. Corporations, please step it up a level or three. "

"The room was good size and clean, the breakfast was good. I really appreciate the hot water/coffee station being available all day. Easy in/out location and plenty of parking available. Convenient to other eatery."

"There were ants covering the microwave when we checked in, we discovered bed bugs in our room and were solely offered new bed sheets despite bed bugs being an issue with the mattress. We ended up leaving only 7 hours after being checked in and having to pay for a whole other hotel due to the lack of cleanliness of this location. "
