"I know that the hotel has had bad reputation, but I had a very relaxing and enjoyable stay.
Staff were polite, friendly and helpful.
Room was very clean. Bed was comfortable and had a good night sleep. Looks like they are have been refurbishing the hotel.
Lovely view of the harbour and sea.
We didn’t use the restaurants or bar.
Good location in Folkestone, close to town centre and Harbour.
Good public transport links to other Kent towns.
I would recommend staying at the hotel."
