Overall it was a good stay the room was clean.The staff was good in the beginning but at checkout the women working the front desk was rude and acted as if she didnāt want to be ask questions about the shuttles. And there was a problem with the printer I assume because I never received my receipt and she said she would email it .

We had the pleasure of staying at the Phoenix DC. We really enjoyed our visit; hotel has outstanding food. The room and door attendants were very friendly and helpful. They have a little mini coffee station open 24/7 and deliver bottled water to your room daily. Location is outstanding, very close to Union Station for transportation needs, the U.S. Capital is on the same street.

Nice hotel, great alternative if youāre attending something at the convention center across the street. The rooms were clean but the charging ports on the lamps didnāt work, one elevator was out during my stay and there was no option for room service. Overall good stay just not a lot of amenities to take advantage of.
