"Overall stay was great. We stayed in a suite and the size for a family of 6 was perfect. You're not on top of each other. The hotel was clean for the most part. Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast could be better, but it helps get you over. Only downside to our stay at this hotel was the pool and hot tub. Both nights the hot tub was over packed with the same big family group. Drinking alcohol and vaping, and playing loud music. They had all their kids in the pool and hot tub with big floaties. My husband and I were unable to use the hot tub during our stay. The pool is ice cold water, so it's not enjoyable. As well as many teens rough housing, so my little ones had to stay in was small area of the pool. The staff does not check in or monitor or enforce any policies related to the pool room. It was unfortunate. Saturday evening there were also numerous groups of teens playing on the elevators, making us have to wait many stop rounds to be able to get on to go up to the 5th floor. The teens were stopping on different floors and running around. Thankfully once we were in our room we didn't hear any commotion. Overall nice hotel. "
