We had a quick weekend trip to Tri-Cities. This place was great. No complaints. It was nice and clean and the beds were good. We had been there before and stayed in a hotel. Staying at the VRBO was better because my brother came down from Montana and were able to sit around and have coffee in the morning.

We met friends in Kennewick to bike. Location was great. Everything we wanted to do was less than 15 minutes away. Tamara was helpful and rooms were clean. Thinking we will make it an annual event.

Overall my stay was excellent. The host was amazing and made us feel welcomed. The property was perfect, you sat right above the columbia river but at the same time were minutes away from all basic necessities. I would recommend this property and would styay again.

Amazing Weekend Getaway Spot!

As first time VRBO renters we could not have picked a better place or host!Our stay was amazing and Tamara our host was wonderful. She was so welcoming and attentive. She made the entire process seamless from the initial reservation through the entire stay.The house was clean, open and very comfortably fit all 6 of us. A great getaway

My girlfriends and I had a wonderful time at Sunny Sage Rivers! A very cozy home with great views! It’s close to everything. We never traveled more than 10 minutes from the place. It’s a very quiet neighborhood. The home has everything you need to have a relaxing weekend.
