Towards Quarry Copse. From the point at which Kenn footpath 2 leaves Old Dawlish Road (the sign is seen in 572764), a view up an emptied field to where a small tongue of the copse appears over the hill.
By the Kenn The River Kenn flows through a very gentle valley, and performs some wiggly little meanders just up ahead. The lane, with slight interruption to get across the A38 at Wobbly Wheel, remains close to its left bank for some 8 kilometres from Dunchideock downstream.
Dunchideock: view near Lawrence Castle Towards Lakeham Farm from a point below the belvedere. Looking west-south-west with the Teign valley in the distance - in the direction of Christow.
