"I am a solo female traveller. Zanzibar House is an excellent property in so many ways. The staff are friendly and helpful. The grounds are a delight to be in, with lots of comfortable places to sit and read or contemplate the beauty of the area. I did not use the pool and I am sure it would be lovely. At night time I had an evening meal which was tasty and they accommodated my dietary requirements very well. I am gluten intolerant. I recommend this hotel if you like quiet and beauty filled...

"We stayed 5 nights at this Hotel and it was ok. The staff is very friendly and the rooms are clean. However, we would not consider this a 4-star hotel (but rather a 3-star), nor a resort (no gym, only one small restaurant, no lounge area etc.). "Couldn’t think of a critique , such a relaxing resort. Staff was impeccable. My wife and I stayed 3 nights, there wasn’t a moment we weren’t impressed. The buffets were great, there were activities constantly and the staff was so attentive. Special shout out for Neema in the buffet area, Joseph at the beach area and Ali the groundskeeper.
