"This was a great stay. We stayed with our two dogs and it was warm and inviting. Tons of room, felt very welcomed."

"We loved it and will be back, we didn't get to spend too much time here since we were off adventuring but couldn't have asked for a better home base."

"OMG! Magnificent views! This house is private and quiet with panoramic views that don’t even look real. It’s a clean, comfortable little retreat only a few min drive to the Spit. We thoroughly enjoyed watching the water, mountains, sunsets and soaring eagles everyday. Make sure you visit the Kachemak oyster bar, Boatyard Cafe and Salty Dawg Saloon while in Homer. We are already looking forward to returning soon!"

"Beautiful property. Plenty of room for our group of six. Everything's went smoothly. Could have used a few more pillows but we made it work. Great location. Highly recommend."

"You could not ask for a better venue and setting."

"It was a dream property to stay at in a beautiful destination of homer. Will try to book every time we visit homer!"

"I booked my trip months in advance. I never received an email or a phone call stating the reservation was canceled. I arrive and that’s when I find out it was canceled. I will never use the Hotel app again! Imagine your trip without any place to stay!"

"Nice property on the edge of a ski lodge."

"Property was easy to find cozy and close to mid town which was really nice overall great stay."

"This was a very cozy and comfortable place with a convenient location."

"It’s a little smaller so I would suggest solo or couple traveling with these cabins but it was overall great place to go! Area was clean, host communicated wonderfully and even offered some great places to go, and a lot of good shops and food nearby!"

"Janese was extremely responsive and sweet. My short stay could not have been better!"

"Convenient and clean. Very nice experience for our family."

"The location is in a central spot, but everything else was less than stellar."

"The property is older in a quiet residential neighborhood. The kitchen was fully-equipped, as was the laundry room. The beds were comfortable and plenty of towels were provided. Our contact person, Mike Davis, was super responsive and personable whenever we called with a question. "

"Very much enjoyed our Anchorage stay at the Slumber Village. Excellent location and very nice apartment, I'd say better than I expected based on the photos. Easy check in and great communication with the owner. Kitchen well equipped, comfortable bed. Definitely coming back on our next visit in Anchorage."
