"Everything was very good except for two things: First, upon first use of the bathroom, we learned the toilet was clogged. "The female night manager was quite rude and miserable to deal with. Maybe it was being tired, but she got a little unnerved when I had trouble hearing or understanding her instructions and explanation of my receipt. The Male night manager did a great job allowing her to finish with me and help other customers. Besides that, my stay was short and refreshing.
