5. Remote controls: return to original location 6. Trash: drop off in the bright-blue trash bin at the foot of the driveway (near the mailboxes). 7. Security: Lock all doors; close windows.

We had a wonderful experience! The rooms were very comfortable and clean and the kitchen and living room are well equipped and beautifully decorated. We enjoyed the view from the property and appreciated the fantastic accommodations.

The place is beautiful and has very nice amenities. The host was also great to work with even when an unexpected issue arose. They were quick to keep us informed as they made every attempt to remedy the issue.

Very Good Stay

Very good stay. Enjoy staying here when we’re visiting friends and family in the area. It’s perfect for the two of us. Hosts are very nice—left us homemade biscotti:-)

Great Place to Stay

This was our second time to stay here and just as before we were very pleased with the accommodations. The weather was cooler the days we were there and I appreciated that our host reached out to us to see if we needed a temp adjustment. It really is a great place for us to stay when we visit family in the area.

Great place to stay

We really enjoyed our stay. The location was perfect for visiting family who live in the area. Although the weather wasn’t very accommodating for outdoor activities, we still enjoyed the beauty of the surrounding area, and saw a few dear and many varieties of birds, including eagles from the living room window. We hope to stay again this summer.

Beautiful home with incredible views

I've stayed here twice now and absolutely love this place. It has all the comforts of home, is beautifully decorated, and the views are spectacular. Check-in is a breeze and communication with the owner couldn't be any better. Definitely one of my favorite places to stay when visiting family!

Amazing views and comfortable home

We loved staying here to explore Astoria and the Mount St. Helens area. The only criticism would be the wifi - it wasn’t great, but the owners were working hard to remedy the situation while we were here and even brought us a signal booster device without us even asking for it.

We really enjoyed our stay at Kalama Oaks. It was exactly as described. It was tastefully decorated and the views were amazing. Judy was a perfect host and the extra snacks were appreciated. We hope to be back soon.

Lovely get away!!

Everything was excellent!! I only gave 3 stars on location because if anyone is planning to be within walking distance of food, etc...it is a little out of the way. However, for us it was perfect! We cooked our meals and enjoyed hanging on the patio arching the sunset. Also we had a great day trip to Mt. St. Helens..so bonus!!

Beautiful gem

What a beautiful, clean property. We stayed in suite c and had everything we needed. The views from our room were stunning from the large windows. We will definitely be back the next time we visit Washington. Judy was very responsive to text messages and helped answer any questions we had. I highly recommend this property for your next stay. 5 stars ⭐️
