"The car GPS wasn't very good but I managed to use the directions on my phone. The rooms are across the road from the actual hotel.
The food was really tasty especially the Full English breakfast which was inclusive.
The Accessible room was very comfortable& the wet room was great, just what I needed.
Definitely recommend this place."

"A lovely welcome by the reception staff. No problems with the room and had a good breakfast.
The only very small thing I noticed was some not very clean public areas, such as the stairs and the outside windows in the staircase (very dirty). Hokwever, they did not affect our stay.
Slightly disappointed that we had to pay for hotel car parking.
Very central location, handy for the city centre and easy to navigate to."

"Unwashed cup in the room and empty shampoo dispencer. Pool closed for this "spa weakend." Hotel unable to provide a cooked breakfast and reluctant to offer a rebate. Premises dirty and staff surly. Bar service poor and prolonged delays in the dining room in spite of pre-ordered food. Far from the expected standard of a 4star establishment"
