"Do not stay here and be careful booking! We were charged twice for the same room and they would not refund. Only 2 small pillows and 2 blankets for 3 people. Nobody at the front desk day or night. Self check-in after making several phone calls and emails. Just terrible."

"Great location close to the airport. **Take note their airport shuttle only runs once a day!**. Great view of the shoreline and easy, walkable area with many great restaurants. The kind lady at the desk gave me bus directions and restaurant recommendations. Clean and comfortable, highly recommend!!!!! Souvenir shop, Stapafell is right down the street (amazing owner is super kind), along with a grocery and a great steak at Olsen Olsen! Both are a must."

"Room was fine for the night. Check in was super easy and staff were helpful. Greatly appreciated the private sink in the room. There was only one chair so there wasn’t much “table” space to put things down on besides the closet or window ledge areas. Communal bathrooms were clean and spacious and there was always one available to use. The communal kitchen’s fridge was my favourite thing since we really needed to refrigerate some foods. Unfortunately our room had a very weird and strong smell when we arrived and it did not go away the whole night. It did become more mild (though it never went away) after opening the window and door and airing out the place for a many hours. I believe it might be something they used when cleaning the sheets but unsure exactly."

"I skipped breakfast but after peeking in, I realize I should have added it. The room was nice and up to date with a nice shower and a comfy bed, though it was two singles together. TV didn’t get very good reception but I’m not here to watch TV. The check in and out process was easy, the staff was friendly, and I could see the ocean from my window and I could see a walking trail that was just next to the hotel and I walked on it to the rock and roll museum down the road. This little town next to the airport is very walkable from this hotel of you’re on a layover and don’t want to pay a hefty taxi fee to the big city. I’d certainly stay here at the hotel jazz again. "
