"Great place to stay in the center of Fifth Avenue, downtown old Naples. Surrounding neighborhoods are beautiful too. Valet was super easy, a multitude of restaurants and shops surround the hotel.
Room was comfortable and clean. The balcony with chairs was appreciated. Front desk associates were friendly and helpful. As we were only staying for one night to meet with friends for dinner I requested if the resort fee could be taken off. Rylan at the front desk was able to do this for us. Thank you.
My only critique would be a different choice for the hand soap, body wash, and lotion. It was all coconut and mango. Not very pleasant, overpowering, and I felt like I smelled like suntan lotion from the ‘80’s. Ick."
