"We were promised a 1pm checkout but was told on the day we had to vacate at 12.30 latest. I had gone shopping and fekt very frustrated as i had to rush getting a shower .
No clear communication on that point and very last minute"
"We thought the customer service here was excellent. Very attentive staff. It was the small things that were appreciated, movie nights, free popcorn, cold fruit sticks, live music nights, kite flying. Relaxing by the pool without loud thumping music. Varied and tasty breakfast options. We spent a week here and are glad that we opted for the larger deluxe super king room.
