"The property has a great view of the mountains. The staff are also very attentive of our needs, however the food choices in the hotel bar are limited so you may want to go to restaurants about 10-15 walk downhill. "

"Very friendly and helpful staff really made my stay, modern hotel on a quiet location.
Iโm considering another skiing holiday there next year and will be happy to return to the same hotel."

"This is a solid hotel. Nothing too fancy, but met our needs. Being situated on a switch back makes it difficult to feel comfortable walking to restaurants. "

"+ve great location , very homely and nice.
-ve : payment was made through Hotels.com but the receptionist staff asked the guest to pay again at checkin. Embarrasment could have been prevented if the reception staff were made aware about prepaid bookings."

"Hotel is located near the slope, so you can ride in the morning direct to slope from trail, and also returning back to hotel using trail directly from last slope right after tractors. As I am working in hotel industry, I can tell, that personel is very good, attentive and helpfull, what is one of the most important things for guests. Breakfast is very good, and rooms are modern with very comfortable beds. Also good ski storage room, but there is no sauna in the hotel, only hot tube outside with excelent view. Highly recommended place to stay for ski holiday."
"We stayed 2 nights in the hotel, and it was...fine. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable enough, everything in the bathroom worked. Our room was exceedingly hot (in December!), and we had to keep the windows open, even after turning off the radiator. Much of the property could benefit from an update, as the carpet has seen better days.
Breakfast was also ok-- no one was going to starve, but nothing to get excited about, either.
Staff were not helpful in telling us what was open or closed, or where we could rent equipment. Everyone was very nice, and they did let us check in before 2pm when we arrived, which we appreciated.
The location is not near anything in the way of restaurants, etc., but would be fine for the ski lift.
Like everything in Gudauri, the hotel and restaurant are horribly overpriced for what you get, but there's no escaping that. "
"Good view can see the village but bathroom has smell , the room is not smell good , hair dryer is not working, hot water kettle still have existing water from old users. Last thing breakfast is horrible "
"I had a room facing the street and it was very noisy throughout the night. Trucks will drive by dogs were barking and there is a LED orange light that stays on also throughout the night and you canโt turn it off."
