However, apart from housekeeping I didn't really have much interactions with the frontdesk staff. There's a self-service luggage system as well with locks so if you want to leave luggage in the hotel pre-checkin or at check-out, you can do so. "

"Hotel Forza is conveniently located in a shopping arcade with many restaurants and shops in the area. It is also within walking distance to many sights and also has public transportation n it's doorstep. The staff is very friendly and responsive to any requests."
