"I stayed when this was The B Namba Kuromon. they switched owners the day after I left. Everything was wonderful, especially the staff. They helped me navigate retrieving a lost suitcase that had been forwarded to the wrong location. My only issue was there was quite a bit of mold in the air conditioning unit. Luckily, I visited at the end of October, and I was able to cool the room down by opening the window. Breakfast was amazing, and the location was perfect."

"Althought they mentioned that they will only make room every third day but my room was made everyday. Nice location and very accessable to trains and other tourist location. Lots of food options around the hotel."
