"Stay here!! This is the most beautiful and well thought out hotel I have ever been in. They thought of everything for peace and comfort. Brand new! From the amazing infinity pool to the correct amount of sunbeds, no need to worry there are more beds available than guests can occupy, to the most comfortable bed and a real comforter, the amazing fresh breakfasts, the staff that smiles and knows you by name- this is the place to stay. Beautiful beach, easy walk to town for great dinners or stay on site for a personalized meal. The push button shades, unobstructed views from balconies, real hangers in the closet, a safe that actually works smoothly, coffee and fridge in the room, hot water in the showers with amazing pressure, usb and c outlets, electronic systems to alert maids if cleaning is needed ( no clunky signs to hang on the door). Quiet peaceful stays."

"This was our fourth stay here, and it has become our go-to hotel to relax. The food continues to be of a very high standard, and we thoroughly enjoyed it throughout our stay. One small suggestion though – please don’t keep the red wine in the fridge! The addition of the new speciality restaurants is a real bonus. Both the Indian and Mexican restaurants were excellent and were definite highlights of our holiday. The water park is another fantastic addition and adds even more value, especially for families. There are a few areas where some maintenance is needed, particularly around the pool bar, but nothing major. More importantly, the rooms are starting to show their age and could do with a little TLC and closer management oversight. Our room was comfortable, although we had booked a double bed and were given two singles pushed together. It wasn’t a major issue, but when you book a particular room type, it’s nice to receive what you’ve requested. We also had to ask for shower gel and other toiletries to be replenished, which again isn’t a huge problem but is something you wouldn’t expect to have to do in a five-star hotel. We also arrived to find a damaged lampshade, which remained unreplaced throughout our stay. Overall, the theme of our feedback is simple: the hotel needs to focus on the basics. The staff are exceptional and are undoubtedly the reason we continue to return. They are the hotel’s greatest asset. We will definitely be back, but we hope management invests."

"The service in the hotel was excellent, the best I've experienced in Europe and rivals what you get in the USA. I have a severe food allergy, but it was no issue whatsoever eating here. On arrival, I had an allergy meeting booked with a food and beverage manager, Jessica, who talked me through my options both within the buffet main restaurant and the a la carte specialist restaurants. Andreas within the main restaurant was a superstar, each day would approach me and ask what I fancied and he went away and ensured it was freshly made from the chefs to ensure no cross contamination from the other food available to guests. My sole visit to the a la carte restaurant at Kuzina was once again a very comfortable experience with my allergy, our server ensured I had my own portions of food which was suitable for me and served the regular menu to my wife. At no point was my allergy an inconvenience to anybody at the hotel, it was an extremely comfortable experience dining here. It's also a very family friendly hotel, with kids activities and play groups available for different ages."

"Location was pretty good. Bus stop right outside helpful. Food generally good but could do with being hotter. À la carte restaurant was better. Maids need to clean rooms better, floors didn’t appear to be cleaned ! Water needs to be hotter too, tried showering at different times but made no difference ! Although all inclusive, mini bar limited (no wine) and only replenished every other day. Also bizarrely you had to pay extra for a bottle of water ! All spirits/wine were just local, premium brands extra."
