"The resort was amazing, very compact and well managed. The view of the valley was also great. The staff were very cordial and helpful. The rooms was really clean and had wooden flooring. Overall a great ambience and great food at the in-house restaurant. Will definitely visit again. "

"Everything is in order, and the room is clean with a good AC and a fine bathroom. But at this price point, you naturally expect more. The interior design is very basic, and the recreational room feels like an afterthought, just a carrom board, a dart setup, and a very small TT table with no TT ball. It definitely needs an upgrade. The terrace pool is a nice highlight, but overall the property would benefit from better amenities to match the price."

"The hotel has descent facilities, staff were helpful, kept very clean and tidy. The food was consistently good and the location of the hotel is 10 hours from Munnar which makes it very convenient. The view from the Panorama room was very good. "

The breakfast was varied , lots of choices and we also enjoyed the dinner in the restaurant. Anoop, Anil, Kiran, Chef Ram and Chef Sarita were all very friendly and gave great service in the restaurant. The cooking demo and the tea tasting were nice experiences as was the live cultural classical music in the restaurant. The highlight was the infinity pool with spectacular views. "
