When you then report the problem and find out the reception staff were fully aware the phone is broken when they told you to ring, your experience starts to feel surreal. "Room was clean, though we noticed a small stain on the sheet when we first got the room. The staff was cheery and happy to help. The breakfast has a variety of baked goods and some yogurt with fixings. The rooms do not come with water, any cups or coffee maker."
