"Delicious and healthy breakfast, clean cabin with view of volcano (although it was mostly covered by the cloud when we were there). It was a bit noisy with car noises as it faces a road, so ear plugs are a must if you are a light sleeper. "

Every team member we met was warm and attentive. Crystal stood out for her friendly, knowledgeable guidance on the local wildlife; Griselda for her restorative, soulful wellness session; and Jhonny for his consistently kind and thoughtful service. The team at El Rancho was also wonderful, and the food was outstanding—fresh, flavourful, and beautifully authentic. Every meal impressed us. Our spa experience was memorable as well—from the soothing aromas and ginger-lemon tea to the Sleepy Sloth ritual with Tibetan bowls, hot stones, and essential oils. And our casita was the true highlight: beautifully designed, with incredible volcano views from both the private hot pool and the breathtaking shower. The only regret was that we didn’t stay longer…could not recommend this destination more. "

"We spent 3 nights at Paradise Mountain Hotel, everyone was very friendly and helpful. The rooms were very unique and very clean! We enjoyed sitting out on the veranda and looking at the scenery. So beautiful and quiet. We would definetlt stay there again. The pool was nice and qas nice to have a bar menu if you do not want a full meal at the resturant."
