"Very hard check in. You can't stay here if you don't have a cellphone. Once we got in, it was fine. We had a lovely modest room with 2 double beds, a kitchen, balcony and washing machine. The micrrowave heating coil was not working, so it took a while to get that fixed, but they were helpful and nice. Better directions to the hotel would help as well. We read that there were complimentary drinks, but did not find any. All in all a very nice 4 day stay. We would recommend this hotel for price, location and a well stocked room."

"The main problem was at check in. They have a system that scans one's body passport, which is probably a good thing… when it works. At previous APA hotels I’ve stayed at this system has never worked. When this happens, the attendant simply does what needs to be done at their terminal and all is okay. A slight delay but no big deal. Not this time. Again, as expected, the system didn’t work. The young man kept trying it, over and over. He phoned people and tried again. And again. I tried to just remain calm. But after ten minutes I was frustrated and impatient. FINALLY, he gave me a form to fill in, which I did, and he gave me my room key. Such a pain for what should be a simple problem. He needs some training."

"가격대비 시설이좋으나 청소상태는 조금 미흡한편이라 아쉬웠습니다하지만 일반호텔에 비해 방크기도 큰편이라 그정도는 감안하면 좋은편입니다 2인에 3박했으나 타월을 핸드타월2개 바디타월2개라 아쉬웠습니다ㅠ세탁기가 있어 세탁해서 써야하는 불편함은 조금 감수해야할듯 메인상권과 거리는있으나 가까운거리에 지하철이있어서 나쁘지않음 렌트하거나 하카타에서 택시비 1600엔정도 캐리어 옮길때만 택시로 옮기면 좋을듯함"
