Beautiful home in Kastav with kitchen

Above the charming Kvarner Bay, behind Opatija, is this beautifully furnished semi-detached house with 3 floors. On the first floor is a rustic furnished stone tavern with a separate entrance from the outside. 1st and 2nd floor with interior stairs include living room with kitchen, toilet, three bedrooms and a bathroom. Modern, comfortable equipment, guaranteeing a pleasant vacation. There are two terraces and a barbecue available. The house is ideal for nature lovers. The owner organizes wine tasting and participation in a grape harvest in late summer/autumn. By car you can quickly reach the beaches and bays of the Opatija Riviera, or take walks along the 12 km long beach promenade Lungo Mare. In the practical bathroom there is the walk-in shower area as well as a bathtub.

Great place, wonderful owners! The house has all the amenities. The owners leave for their guests a full list of interesting tourist places and proven restaurants and pubs. We will definitely go to the same place again. I recommend!

De verhuurders hebben ons warm ontvangen.

De verhuurders hebben ons warm ontvangen. Zij zijn erg behulpzaam.Ze zijn goed beschikbaar/bereikbaar voor vragen.Over het vakantiehuis zijn wij minder tevreden. Uit de advertentie blijkt niet precies waar het vakantiehuis staat en kun je niet goed inschatten wat je krijgt. Het object is ons tegengevallen om de volgende redenen:- Er is een zitje (met alleen een houten tafel met bank) dat is aan de overkant van de straat zonder enige privacy. Er zijn geen (lig)stoelen. Je kunt niet in de zon zitten.- Het vakantiehuis heeft alleen in de woonkamer airco en niet in de slaapkamers.- Er straalt licht van straatlantaarns in de slaapkamers naar binnen (ook bij gesloten rolluiken) waardoor je niet lekker kunt slapen.- Slaapkamerramen kunnen niet open ivm muggen- Badkamer wordt warme vochtige lucht niet (goed) afgezogen waardoor het daar continue warm en muf is.
