"A 3 star room with a 5 star lobby and breakfast. SWISSOTEL has its location going for it and an amazing breakfast buffet with 360 views of Osaka from the 36th floor. But for a 5 star hotel we were left wanting more from the rooms. They are looking a bit dated and thread-bare. The shower/tub combo with 1/2 glass wall was a pain for anyone tall or wide. And room lacked the touches that would make it 5 star.
At check in we called down to have our amenities restocked as they hadn’t been during room...

"Really nice hotel! My room had an ugly view though. It would have been nice if it had a washer and dryer in the unit. Also, not very close to the train station buy it was next to a shopping mall."

"Place is really accessible. Toilet design can’t be any weirder. Always smell like piss even though I have spray it. Should be the way it designed. Room is tiny. Open the luggage and have no space to move around. Huge plus point cause staff are super helpful and nice."
