"Excellent location downtown with quick access to the Spa Baths. Modern facility, quiet, nice rooms, extremely clean. Wonderful breakfast, pleasant bar and attractive menu for lunch and dinner good bar although we did not eat there. Friendly and very professional personnel. Prices were very reasonable although we visited in the low season. Highly recommended."

"great location and very clean"

"Clean rooms. Good breakfast. Nice views everywhere arounds."

"L’Esprit Sain was an adequate place to stay while visiting Malmedy, and its central location made it convenient for exploring the town and surrounding area. The staff was pleasant during check-in, and the breakfast each morning was enjoyable, offering a nice selection to start the day.

"Unfortunately, the previous reviews are right. This was an old Best Western that is now in private hands and the hotel is just not kept up. Room cleanliness overall was not good. Floor was dirty and dusty every day (I don’t think they ever swept). Mold behind the room curtains, spider webs, not all pillows had pillowcases, broken toilet seat, clogged bathroom sink, room furniture is old and broken, broken room safe, no screens on the windows so bugs always coming in (and with no air...
