"We loved our brief stay here. The staff was welcoming and friendly; we're sad we didn't get to stay longer and enjoy the property. Denmark was actually experiencing a heat wave while we visited and they upgraded our room automatically into one with better air flow without us asking. For those coming from the U.S., I'll note that they spoke perfect English, so that is not a concern."
"The lodging was fine. But we had a situation upon arrival that was a bit uncomfortable as no one was available to receive us. Hence, this is more of a criticism of the platform hotels.com because we received an email that said the booking is confirmed and only much further down the email in small print did it notify that we needed to contact the property 24 hours in advance to make arrangements for access to property. Further down the line, it indicated only a phone number for special requests....
"The location is beautiful and the owner very friendly.
We had one of the apartments, which is very spacious. The place is simplistic for a b&b. There was no provided soap and the shover door doesn’t close properly. This was disappointing. "
"The shower in the bathroom was covered in green filth. Was not usable. No one at the hotel responded to messages. Hotels.com staff attempted to intervene, but hotel management was unresponsive and unwilling to do anything. If you stay here you're on your own-- don't expect anyone to help if you have issues. "
