"This was by far the most unique, amazing hotel we stayed at on the island of Crete. Upon arrival we were given fresh-squeezed lemonade made from their own lemon trees. The staff was so friendly! The building is over 500 years old, and nothing like I've ever seen before. The restaurant that it attached to the villa is literally at the front door. The food is amazing. Though breakfast is not available, it's a short drive to a nearby town that has several other dining options. The pool is small but private. We would definitely stay here again. "

"The hotel is fantastic and the staff always went above and beyond. We dined à la cart every evening and they had great options for us (1x vegetarian and 1x vegan) and they remembered every time. We received a room upgrade on arrival and the private suite with its own pool was mind blowing and very private. We genuinely loved everything about the resort. The only minor suggestion is to offer a water sport or two (sailing catamaran or even a SUP). Otherwise fantastic and relaxing stay. We are desperate to go back already"
