"I was delay in an airport. Couldn't reach for confirmation of late arrival. The room was paid for. Got there a day late. Since I did not called to mention the late arrival. They had cancelled my reservation and rented my room to someone else.
They at first didn't want to credit me and wanted to keep my money. Thanks to Expedia's personnel who's telephone help me to get a refund.
But still I needed (in rush) a room. They rented me 2 nights at near the price of my previous rental. I fell like I was robbed. Then I had to relocate for the rest of my stay.
What a robbery. When a room is paid for, I should be able to use it or not !!!"
