"The address listed on Expedia was wrong. I would not have found the place without a locals help. The owner was leaving town so there was no staff during my stay. Amenities like drinks or snacks for sale was locked and inaccessible due to no staff. The bathroom plumbing leaked. I had two rodents enter my room somehow during my stay. The room otherwise was clean and in decent condition and I was happy there was toilet paper and a flushing toilet and the AC worked well. The location was convenient...

"We could not reach CasaVelion due to Covid restriction, the management decided to keep the whole amount of our stay without any kind of refund. The reservation did not allow cancellation, I am aware about this, but for this extraordinary and dramatic event I would expect an extraordinary behaviour.
