"Everything was good except the lady receptionist, arrogant, selfish and so rude, don't know how to talk with customer, like she give me favour , bro I paid for that"

"After the end of my stay I tell the manager I have caused harm to cover the bed so he Director request exaggerated amount you paid and this manager is extremely bad does not have the lowest level of good to deal with customers."

"V rude staff... unclean room"

"Absolutely great hostel vibes, perfect for solo travellers. Rooms are a good size. What made this the perfect stay are the staff who go out of their way to welcome you. In particular, want to say Arshi, Rajan and Zubin whose customer service skills are second to none! I am very thankful for their extended support. It's staff like these that make you return to Zostel"
