The HOCHGENUSS penthouse is located on the 3rd floor of the Bollwark Residence at the top of the OstseeResort Olpenitz, directly on the Baltic Sea.

The highlight of HOCHGENUSS is the surrounding U-shaped roof terrace, which offers an overwhelming view of the expanse of the Baltic Sea, the Schlei and the harbour entrance. More sea is not possible!



After you have effortlessly reached your holiday home in the lift, the open, spacious living/dining area with its panoramic glazing welcomes you and takes your breath away for a moment. You stand in the light-flooded room and your gaze wanders across the adjoining terrace into the distance over the water, no matter which way you look. Now you finally realise the double meaning of HOCHGENUSS. HIGH above it all, away from the daily hustle and bustle, a little closer to the sky and the clouds. An incredible feeling of freedom - PURE ENJOYMENT!



The large U-shaped terrace is equipped with a beach chair and extravagant lounge furniture and spoils you with sunshine all day long.



Stylish, high-quality furniture dominates all rooms and radiates cosiness. The ultra-modern kitchen with cooking island is equipped with branded products and leaves nothing to be desired. Cooking here is a relaxing experience, as the view of the passing ships is always there. The comfortable sofas in the living area invite you to laze around or watch LCD TV.



Both bedrooms offer access to the surrounding terrace and each have a comfortable 180x200 double box-spring bed, an LCD TV and opaque pleated curtains. One of them has its own bathroom with a walk-in shower. Restful sleep is guaranteed in any case and falling asleep and waking up with this view is a HIGH PLEASURE.

A second elegant bathroom also pampers you with a large walk-in shower, which is flush with the floor and ensures a relaxed start to every day.



This HOCHGENUSS also includes an underground car park and a bicycle storage room. There is also a communal laundry room with washing machine and tumble dryer (coin-operated).



Our favourite spot: Relax on the upholstered furniture on the terrace.



An exclusive pool and wellness area awaits guests in the neighbouring building of the complex, which can of course be used free of charge. Dive into the pleasantly temperate water and let your gaze wander over the expanse of the Baltic Sea - an experience for all the senses. Soothing sauna sessions invite you to linger and give you deep relaxation. Treat yourself to these little breaks and leave the stress of everyday life behind you for a holiday full of peace, pleasure and new energy.



Please note that the OstseeResort Olpenitz is still under construction due to high demand. Nevertheless, the houses already meet a 5-star standard and offer you a first-class stay. The construction work at the resort will not affect your holiday enjoyment, which is why additional discounts are excluded.
