Situated above the things, it offers a spectacular view of the water through floor-to-ceiling window fronts, harbour cinema guaranteed. And while the south-facing terrace directly on the water promises sun all day long, the sauna, wood-burning stove and underfloor heating offer cosy comfort at any time of year. The glass windbreak ensures cosiness on the balcony even in puffy weather.



The open-plan living and dining area with its cosy seating area and large dining table invites you to linger in front of the crackling open fire. The panoramic waterfront offers holiday entertainment with ships sailing past.



The eat-in kitchen is fully equipped for preparing delicious holiday meals.



The fully equipped bathroom with a walk-in shower provides maritime wellness moments, as you can relax in the sauna with a view of the water.
