Hampton Inn & Suites Oahu/Kapolei

"The location is in a good area. It’s located behind the Kapolei mall & in a plaza with lots of restaurants, grocery stores, gym, etc. Buffet breakfast was included during our stay, it was okay, the only thing they change is the meat breakfast (bacon, chicken sausage, etc.) Our housekeeper was not friendly. She doesn’t replenished the toilet paper even though it’s obvious that she needs to give us 2 rolls. We’ve asked on day one that the conditioner need refilled but it was never done (we stayed 4 days). The front staffs are friendly. There was only 2 handicap parking, they should add more & we noticed, it’s always the same 2 cars were parked. The room we had has a microwave, small kitchen sink, small refrigerator for your water, beverages, a couch, table. Costco is only 5-7 minutes away from the hotel. We didn’t have a chance to use the small pool because we were either driving to a nearby beach, shopping or touring the Island. There was construction going on because they are still renovating some rooms. I would recommended this hotel to friends & family."

"Clean and sparkling villa with great views of the resort and ocean. My family enjoyed eating on the lanai every morning. Ko’olina is a perfect spot on the island to stay with minimal traffic and plenty of shopping/eating options. Would recommend to anyone."

"Beautiful resort, our room was nice and clean. Our view from our balcony was wonderful, we could see the marina and ocean. Had a wonderful time. Our host answered all the questions I asked in a timely manner. Will stay again"

"This is a great hotel property to stay at with a family. Has fun pools, and it’s right in front of a beach lagoon with tiny waves. Booking can sometimes be tricky, as you are renting someone else’s timeshare, beware of this and book early! We hope to continue to return to this property in Ko Olina."

"We checked-in after 4pm and the cleaning lady was still not done cleaning the unit. Enjoyed our stay at the Villa but we had unexpected guests..roaches! Yes, we understand it's Hawaii and roaches are inevitable. Staff were friendly, check-in and check-out is smooth and simple. Location is perfect and convenient access to the beach and restaurants. Love assigned parking and guest parking for when family visited. Aloha & Mahalo"
