The primary bedroom features a king-size bed and an en-suite bathroom with a deep soaking tub, walk-in shower, and double sink vanity. The second bedroom has two twin beds that can be converted into a king upon request. For additional sleeping space, the living room includes a modular sofa that can be used as a bed. The fully equipped kitchen boasts high-end stainless steel appliances and a countertop with seating for three, making it easy to prepare and enjoy meals together.
Surrounded by four picturesque lagoons, Ko Olina is perfect for sunbathing, swimming, and snorkeling. This villa comes with one parking stall allocated to the property. If you require extra parking stalls, it will be subject to the Resort's discretion and availability. Extra parking will incur an additional fee, which is directly charged by the Resort. Presently, the rate for extra parking is $25 per reservation.
CANCELLATION POLICY
1. Cancellation Window: Cancellations made within 45 days of the scheduled arrival date will result in forfeiture of your deposit, unless the rental time is successfully re-booked at the same rate.
2. Travel Insurance: We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect your investment in case of unexpected changes to your travel plans.
3. Rescheduling Policy: Any changes to your reservation within 45 days of the arrival date will be considered a cancellation.
4. Non-refundable Transaction Fees: Please note that credit card transaction fees are non-refundable in the event of a cancellation. These fees are assessed by the merchant of record and include charges from credit card institutions; not from Island Living Homes.
