New Zealand travel can be a bit pricey. The group of us who were here to witness this glorious morning were taking advantage of New Zealand's working holiday visa. "Staff were nice to deal with. Rooms are basic but it was what we wanted. Bed was very nice to sleep in and there was no noise from other units. Units are well off the road so no noise there either. Having units so far from the road makes parking so much safer for your car overnight. Would stay here again when in the area."

"Nice B & B with everything you would need. Close to beach, train station to Wellington, & variety of take away/restaurants (enjoyed Ben’s Roasts). Generally very quiet residential neighbourhood; neighbours dog second night was a bit disruptive. Host very helpful & knowledgeable about local area. "
