"Royal Oceanfront Jewel" A406 is located in Oceanfront "A" Building, closest to the Ocean with spectacular Oceanfront views, distinquished as being in the highest classification at this resort offering stunning "Direct Oceanfront Views" from every room, with watercolor sunrises, whale watching and romantic dinners on the lanai with a priceless 180 degree view of the Fantasy Pool and Ocean.

From the moment you walk in you’ll know you have made the best choice. You will thoroughly enjoy this exquisite 2 bedroom, 3 bathroom Oceanfront Penthouse with cathedral ceilings featuring designer furnishings and an ultra-gourmet kitchen at one of the newest resorts on Kauai.

Enjoy Paradise surrounded by the finest designer furnishings, lush bedding and linens, the ultimate gourmet kitchen with state of the art equipment: The condo features the highest quality modern style furnishings for your comfort. Sub-zero refrigerator for perfection in freshness and wine temperature, Wolf Appliances designed by Chefs with a passion, cabinets made of fine African mahogany, floors are made of 100% natural stone Peruvian travertine.

This 2 bedroom condo has a king bed in the master bedroom suite with a desk, dresser, closet and private master bathroom with shower and tub; a second master suite with a queen bed and master bathroom with a soaking tub and an attached third bathroom with a shower. In total, there are two tubs, two separate showers, five sinks, Peruvian Travertine surround and granite slab counter tops.

Special Amenities: We can add beach chairs, pack n play and booster seat. Just let us know what you would like in the unit.

The Resort is located in Historic Kapaa town, a 15 minute drive from the airport and ideally located right across the street with a Starbucks! Papaya's Organic Natural Health Food Store & Eatery, a Safeway, an Ice Cream Parlor. There is a Long's Drug Store nearby and Restaurants. Coconut Marketplace less than a mile down the road has island shopping and Kapaa town boasts the most amount of eateries on the island.

Family Memory

My husband and I are in our 70s; our two adult children and their families live far from us. This trip to Waipouli and Unit A406 was a reunion dream come true. Listening to the waves 24/7, views of the beach, amazing pool with water slide, and its great location all contributed to making this vacation one for the ages. Thanks to the owner Candace for her willingness to respond to our requests and make this such a wonderful stay.

Spectacular. I want to live there

From my first contact to reserve this condo through our departure, the management was amazing. The property looks exactly like the photos. Two master suites were terrific. Everything you need is there. Grocery shopping is right across the street and the awesome Coconut Marketplace just down the street. It’s only 15 minutes from the airport. This is the best resort on the island. We loved the restaurant, Oasis on the Beach, on the premises was awesome. We will definitely be back because Kauai Calls us back!

We stayed for a week, enjoyed every day staying in this comfy 2 bedroom condo. Comfy beds, great location within the resort for parking, pool and beach. Also great location for island overall. I love the Waipouli Beach resort been coming here for years and I will add this unit for future trips for sure.

Great, spacious place right on the beach.

Overall the property was well maintained. Was a little surprised by the additional fees (for example resort fees and a $247 cleaning fee) after booking but overall we had an excellent time at the property.
