"Nice"

"Great location, just a minute’s walk from the train station, making it easy to get around Tokyo. There are plenty of restaurants around the station, which is very convenient when coming back late at night. There’s also a 7-Eleven right at the station. Overall, a great place to stay if you plan to explore Tokyo by train."

"Very clean, security and centrally located"

"The helped me out greatly and qere able to book me a room for an extra day after my flight was cancelled. Highly recommend"

"Staff is very accommodating"

"I arrived the hotel at around 1:30pm, needed to check in, shower, and get changed for my business meeting at 3pm. The staff did not let me check in unless I pay additional 4000 JPY early check in fee. 4000 JPY is not a big deal for me, however, it did hurt my feelings, as the room was already available, the hotel staff just acted unwelcoming, horrible and unfriendly. I would highly not recommend this hotel to anyone."
